Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of scoopstreamzippiesfds.com. By using the site you accept them.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is published by Turnstile & Terrace Publishing Ltd, Second Floor, Marlbeck House, 14 Carding Row, Ancoats, Manchester, M4 6QF, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). References to "the site" mean scoopstreamzippiesfds.com and its pages, text, images and code. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.
2. Nature of the content
The site publishes editorial writing about stadium architecture, spectator accommodation and the acoustics and sightlines of sports grounds. It is general information for readers with an interest in the subject. It is not professional advice on design, engineering, crowd safety, licensing or travel, and it must not be relied upon in place of advice from a qualified professional or from the club, operator or authority responsible for a venue.
Capacities, stand names, seating configurations, ticketing arrangements and access provisions change. Where a figure or arrangement matters to a decision you are making, check the venue operator's or governing body's own published information.
3. Permitted use
You may read, link to, print and share pages from the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page quoted. You agree not to: republish substantial parts of the site or any guide in full, whether or not attributed; use the content to train or fine-tune a machine learning model without our written permission; scrape or harvest the site by automated means at a rate that burdens the server; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting; introduce malicious code; or use the site in any way that breaks applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, illustrations, layout and code of the site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and related rights. Illustrations are our own artwork created to explain structural arrangements; they are not photographs of the venues discussed and do not reproduce any third-party asset. Requests to reuse material beyond the permitted use above should be sent to [email protected].
5. Third-party names
Names of clubs, stadiums, competitions, governing bodies and architecture practices are used for identification and editorial comment only. All trade marks remain the property of their owners. Nothing on the site implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or any other commercial relationship between us and any organisation named.
6. Messages you send us
When you contact us you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. If you propose a correction or send us text, you grant us permission to use it in editing the relevant page without payment or attribution, unless you tell us otherwise. We may decline to publish or act on any submission. Do not send confidential material.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to external pages, including those of clubs, operators, regulators and public bodies. Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability and no warranty
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete. Content is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from use of or inability to use the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid to access the site, which is nil. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
10. Indemnity
If you use the site in breach of these terms and that causes us loss, cost or a third-party claim, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable costs, including legal fees, that we incur as a result.
11. Termination
We may restrict or withdraw your access to the site, including by technical means, if you breach these terms or use the site in a way that harms it or other readers. You may end your agreement with us at any time by ceasing to use the site. Sections 4, 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the site are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Before starting proceedings, please write to [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the site or in the law. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site at the time of that use, so please check it when you return.
