What to expect from a reply
We read everything and answer most messages within three working days, Monday to Friday, UK time. Corrections get priority: if you can point to the page and the sentence, we will check it against published sources and either amend the text or explain why it stands.
Two things we cannot help with. We do not sell or arrange tickets, and we have no access to club or operator ticketing systems — for seats, prices and stand names, go to the club or stadium operator directly. We also cannot answer questions about individual accessibility requirements at a venue; the operator's accessibility team holds the accurate, current information.
If you are writing about reuse of text or images, please say where the material would appear and in what form. We answer those in writing rather than by phone, so there is a record for both sides.
